OUR PROCESS

  • STEP 1 - Conceptualizing Styles

    We initiate the process by developing styles through sketches and techpacks to ensure the ideal designs are confirmed.

  • STEP 2 - Material Sourcing (Optional)

    For your convenience, we offer material sourcing services. We have extensive partnerships locally and internationally, allowing us to find or develop a wide range of fabrics and trims for your project.

  • STEP 3 - Blueprinting Garments

    Our Pattern Makers create the initial patterns, preparing them for the first sample. Each pattern is documented on a Pattern Card, complete with technical sketches, garment components, and sewing instructions.

  • STEP 4 - First Prototype

    Our skilled seamstresses collaborate closely with Sample Makers to bring your product to life during the first prototype phase.

  • STEP 5 - Fitting and Adjustment

    Once the product takes shape, we schedule a fitting session for you or your model to try on the style(s) and make any necessary adjustments, ensuring the perfect fit.

  • STEP 6 - Second Prototype and Final Adjustments

    Building on the feedback from the fitting, we create a second and final prototype, incorporating all previous adjustments to the pattern.

  • STEP 7 - Pre-production Sample Approval

    In this crucial step, we seek your approval for the pre-production sample, ensuring that any last-minute changes are addressed before moving on to full-scale production.
